CCTV drain surveys

A camera survey tells you what is actually going on under the ground, so you can stop guessing and stop paying for the same blockage every winter. We push a self-levelling camera through each accessible run, record it, and measure the distance and depth of anything we find.

The report arrives the same day: a plan of the runs, stills of every defect with its distance from the chamber, a grade for how urgent it is, and the full footage. Where a repair is worth doing, we give you a fixed price — often a patch liner fitted from inside the pipe, with no digging at all.

Surveys are also the quickest way to settle whose problem a drain is. Pipes serving only your home within your boundary are usually yours; shared runs beyond it usually belong to the water company. We say which, before you spend money on a pipe that is not your responsibility.

Home buyers, landlords and insurers ask for surveys too. If you are buying a house built before 1970, or with trees near the drains, it is money well spent.
