Bathrooms

A bathroom is plumbing first and tiles second. Our refits are run by plumbers, which means the parts you never see — the waste falls, the valves, the pressure to the shower — are done properly before anything pretty goes on top.

It starts with a free design visit. We measure, look at where the pipes and soil stack actually run, and talk through what you want. You get a measured drawing and a fixed quote, with the suite and tiles priced separately so you can choose your own or let us buy them at trade.

On site, the same small team does the job from strip-out to final clean: first fix plumbing, electrics and plastering by the subcontractors we have used for years, then tiling, second fix and silicone. Dust sheets and a floor protector go down on day one, and the programme is written on a sheet you can stick on the fridge.

A typical full refit takes eight to twelve working days. A walk-in shower in an existing bathroom takes three to four.
