Where the vans go
4 vans out of Unit 6, Eastgate Works. Inside EG1 to EG5 there is no call-out fee; further out we add a fixed travel charge and tell you on the phone.

EG2 The Quays
Flats over shops and converted warehouses. Shared stacks, so we ask about the neighbours first.
EG3 Barrow Hill
Interwar semis with shared chambers at the boundary. We tell you whose side the blockage is on.
EG4 Netherfield
Nineties estates on plastic drains and combi boilers now reaching the end of their life.
EG5 Eastgate Park
Newer builds, underfloor heating and unvented cylinders — both need a registered engineer.
EG6 Ashcombe
Long drives and older oil-to-gas conversions. A fixed £35 travel charge covers the extra miles.
EG7 Ashcombe Green and the villages
Private pumping stations and a few shared septic runs. We say on the call what we can and cannot do.
EG8 Holloway, past the ring road
Booked daytime work only. We will not send the overnight van an hour away from the town it covers.
