How we do it
A new boiler is a decision you live with for fifteen years, so we start with a survey, not a price over the phone. An engineer measures the house, checks the gas supply, the flue route and the water pressure, and asks how you actually use hot water.
Within 48 hours you get a fixed written quote with two options side by side — usually a straight swap and one upgrade worth considering — and a date. The quote covers everything: the boiler, flue, controls, a system clean, a magnetic filter, removal of the old unit and registration with Building Control.
On the day, the engineers sheet the route from the door to the boiler, drain the system and fit. A like-for-like combi swap takes one working day; converting a system or back boiler to a combi takes two to three. Before we leave, we show you the controls, set up the thermostat on your phone and leave the paperwork in a folder by the boiler.
Your first annual service is booked into our reminders automatically. Keep it up and the manufacturer warranty stays valid for its full term.
